ALL ABOUT HOPE 4 ME PEER TO PEER SUPPORT GROUP

Hope 4 Me Peer to Peer Support Group works to provide a supportive environment and information to anyone struggling with mental health. Since 2014, Hope 4 Me has been Essex County's only, one-of-a-kind peer support group. We are composed of a welcoming and experienced community with individuals who are ready to listen, share experiences, and offer help and support where we can.

We are proud to be a reliable source of comfort, compassion, and understanding. Our goal is to help one another by assisting in resolving problems, teaching important practices, and offering additional resources.

Hope 4 Me Peer to Peer Support Group works in affiliation with Hope + Me, Mood Disorder Association of Ontario. We are proud of are partnership with MDAO.

Hope 4 Me Peer to Peer Support Group was formerly know as Consumer/Consumer Survivor.

Due to Covid 19 restriction our meeting location has moved to a virtual platform, with some outdoors, in person meeting occurring weather permitting. Please contact us through out email account for further information and times, dates, and locations of our meetings.
